Digital products
Le China Book sells digital products: contacts for suppliers and freight forwarders in China, plus guides. Physical goods and shipping are not included in a pack. Each pack’s contents and price are displayed before payment.
Payment and delivery
A one-time payment is processed on Stripe’s secure page. Card numbers do not pass through this website. Contacts and the guide are sent within 24 hours of confirmed payment by WhatsApp or email. No physical parcel is shipped for a pack. Contact us with your receipt reference if delivery or access fails.
Purchasing from suppliers
Buying a pack is separate from later supplier orders. Goods, freight, taxes and import formalities are separate costs. Confirm prices, quantities, delivery terms and required authorisations directly. Trademarks belong to their owners; their appearance implies no affiliation or authorisation to sell their products.
No earnings guarantee
No revenue, profit, margin or time to profitability is guaranteed. Prices and testimonials describe individual situations and do not guarantee your results. The service is the supply of the contacts and guides described.
Withdrawal and complaints
If you are a consumer and French consumer law applies, you normally have 14 days from the contract to notify withdrawal by email or WhatsApp. Payment or delivery alone does not remove that right. The digital-content exception requires all legal conditions, including prior express consent to early supply, express acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights, and confirmation on a durable medium. Otherwise applicable withdrawal rights remain. Include the pack, purchase date, receipt reference, name and address in your request. Refunds legally owed are made within 14 days under applicable rules. Statutory digital-content guarantees remain.
